As a mother of two daughters, Connie made the decision to step away from the security of her full-time job to focus on raising her family. Throughout those years, Connie’s passion for real estate continued to grow, leading her to begin investing in rental properties and house flips alongside her husband.

Once their daughters were in school, Connie decided to take their passion a step further and launch Budd Real Estate. Like any new venture, starting a business came with risks, but their dedication to real estate, commitment to their family, and desire for flexibility to be present for life’s special moments guided the way.
